There are presently about 6 bridges across the river These bridges are needed to provide a diverse and strategic road and rail network that will help distribute food produce, finished goods, raw materials and commuters.
I would suggest that these bridges in some cases have the capabilities for both rail and road traffic with dedicated lanes for trucks, cars, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians.
I think a BOT (Build Operate and Transfer) type of infrastructure would work because if private finance is involved in the project they might produce better bridges that cost less.
